Jill McCarthy, OTR (Occupational Therapist)

Jill’s philosophy and OT approach focuses on treating the whole child by creating individualized programs to foster development and achieve goals set specifically for your child and their individual needs. She has extensive experience working with children of all ages, with varying diagnoses and developmental levels. Jill’s list of advanced training is extensive and includes: sensory processing disorders and treatment, executive function and regulation skills, strategies to support neurodivergent children, visual processing therapy, Therapeutic Listening systems, Interactive Metronome, the ALERT program, primitive reflex integration, and the Handwriting Without Tears program.

Jill received her degree in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University in 2001. After practicing OT for more than a decade, she received a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from Regis University in 2015. Jill has worked with both children and adults in a variety of settings including schools, pediatric therapy clinics, home and community settings. Jill has settled into her beautiful clinic on her farm and loves working with children and their families! She also works directly with numerous schools and with other professionals to develop and support their therapy programs.
